By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on the bpxech Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary rules published for specific products, promotions, or games, which are incorporated herein by reference.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Access to and use of the bpxech Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. bpxech reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online betting and casino games is lawful in your jurisdiction. bpxech does not warrant that its services are legal in your location. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.
Each individual may hold only one bpxech account. Duplicate accounts detected through matching identity documents, mobile numbers, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses will be subject to closure. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been closed in error, contact support at [email protected].
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
bpxech operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie photograph. Additional documentation may be requested at bpxech's discretion for fraud prevention, AML compliance, or account security purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bpxech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your password. Notify bpxech support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised account activity.
bpxech accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit limits, and withdrawal amounts are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accounts depositing via USDT will have balances converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login for a continuous period of 12 months. bpxech may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Where a balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate accounts by contacting support prior to balance depletion.
bpxech currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (Tether). Availability of specific methods is subject to change without prior notice. bpxech does not accept third-party payments — funds must originate from payment accounts held in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bpxech reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds as part of its AML obligations.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into your account. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to two business days for JazzCash and Easypaisa; bank transfers may take up to three business days. bpxech reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security verification or compliance review.
Funds deposited under a bonus offer are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before withdrawal. Deposits made without a bonus offer are not subject to forced wagering requirements, though bpxech reserves the right to review accounts where deposit and immediate withdrawal patterns suggest abuse of payment processing.
All bets placed on the bpxech Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in accordance with specific market voiding rules. bpxech reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in odds was clearly evident at the time of placement.
Sporting event results are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, bpxech's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — shall be final and binding.
All casino games offered on the bpxech Platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or licensed live dealer studios. bpxech does not control the outcome of individual games. Game malfunctions void the game round and all associated bets.
bpxech reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to individual games, sports markets, or betting categories. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings in excess of stated maximums will be adjusted accordingly without prior notice.

All content on the bpxech Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, trademarks, and interface design, is the property of bpxech or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written permission from bpxech.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxech and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption.
bpxech's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bpxech does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability. bpxech is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

bpxech reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion, including for the following reasons:
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, bpxech reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, outstanding balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method after completion of identity verification.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpxech is registered and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bpxech's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Pakistani users acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. bpxech makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in Pakistan, and expressly disclaims all liability for any legal consequences arising from a user's decision to access the Platform from Pakistan.
